Large icons support

The BCGControlBar Library gives the user the ability to select small (16×16 by default) or large (32×32 by default) toolbar icons. You can easily switch from one toolbar look to another, thus controlling your application's appearance and accessibility. Developers can load their large icon set or use our icons' smooth resizing algorithm to display the large icons.
